Eventide Aesthetics & Wellness
The Catalog / Supplies / Oral Dissolving PeptidesFor licensed providers & practice owners

Peptides that dissolve on the tongue. No needle. No cold chain.

Twelve pre-dosed formulas in a thin oral film your patient places in the mouth and lets dissolve. They are dietary supplements, not compounded drugs, so they sit on your retail shelf and ship without cold packs.

Category
Dietary supplement, in an oral dissolving film labeled under the Supplement Facts format. Not a compounded drug: no prescription, and no 503(A) or 503(B) pharmacy routing.
Brand of record
InstaMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Utah corporation (Draper, Utah), which states that its synthesis process takes place in a certified cGMP facility. Eventide Aesthetics & Wellness supplies the line wholesale to licensed providers and is not a pharmacy, a medical practice, or a manufacturer.
Regulatory
Ingredient-level regulatory status differs by molecule, and we confirm each SKU’s current status in writing before an order ships, so you stock what you can sell with confidence.
What it costs
Wholesale, quoted provider-to-provider. Provider pricing sits behind a free account: nothing in this category is published openly.

Who it fitsAnd how it earns its room

A retail lane beside the prescription one

This line does not touch your pharmacy or prescriber arrangements. It is a different regulatory category with a different buyer, and the reason to stock it is that it reaches the patients the injectable lane never will.

the objection was never the peptide. it was the needle.

Best fit

Practices adding a retail shelf

  • Patients decline your injectable protocols, and this gives your front desk something to hand them the same day.
  • You want something to dispense at the front desk without a prescription, a pharmacy or a refrigerator.
  • You already run services the formulas pair with: recovery, skin, energy, immune, intimacy.
  • You would rather open with three or four formulas than commit capital to all twelve.
Good to know

What a supplement strip is built to do

  • Every oral or oromucosal route delivers a fraction of the dose an injection does, which is why this line is built for the patients who will not take an injection at all.
  • Molecular size governs the route, and the table below publishes the weight of every active in the line, from GABA at 103.1 Da to CJC-1295 at 3,647.2 Da, so your clinical lead can match formula to format.
  • What your front desk puts in front of a patient is the dose per strip from the Supplement Facts panel and the lot Certificate of Analysis, both of which ship with the pricing packet.
  • Ingredient-level regulatory status differs by molecule, so tell us the specific SKUs you intend to stock and we confirm the current status of each one in writing.
  • Retailing a supplement is not a way around oversight. A recommendation made to a specific patient by a clinician is a clinical act regardless of what is being recommended.

What the format buys you is simplicity: no needle, no vial, no cold chain, and a page your medical director can read start to finish before the first order.

Ask before quote

Four questions worth asking us

  • What is the current regulatory status of the exact SKUs I intend to stock, in writing?
  • Which formulas pair with the services already on my menu, and which do not?
  • What do the Supplement Facts panel and the lot Certificate of Analysis actually cover?
  • What does the opening set cost at wholesale, and what does it retail for?

The patients you already lost at the word “injection”

Every peptide conversation in an aesthetic or wellness practice runs into the same wall. The protocol is right, the patient is interested, and then they find out it is a vial, a syringe, and a reminder to reconstitute it correctly. Some of them go ahead. A meaningful share quietly never book. An oral dissolving strip removes the objection entirely, and it does it without asking your practice to add a prescriber, a pharmacy, or a refrigerator.

Needle aversion is not a small segment
Fear of needles is common enough in adults that it changes real medical behavior, and it is the single most cited reason patients decline an otherwise appropriate injectable protocol.
Nothing to teach, nothing to ruin
No reconstitution, no draw-up, no dosing math, no insulin syringes to hand out, no sharps container to manage, no fridge for the patient to forget. One sealed strip, one dose, on the tongue.
It fills the gap between visits
A recovery, skin, energy, or immune formula the patient can take home the same day gives your front desk something to sell that is not another appointment, and gives the patient a daily reason to remember your brand.
It does not compete with your Rx lane
Compounded injectables stay exactly where they are, on prescription, through a licensed pharmacy. This line is the retail shelf beside them: a different regulatory category with a different buyer and a different price point.
Retail changes retention, not just revenue
The American Med Spa Association reports patient retention rising from roughly 10% for patients who buy no retail product, to about 30% at one product and 60% at two. Whatever a strip earns you at the counter, the reason to stock it is that a patient using something daily comes back.

A dietary supplement in an oral film

Everything a medical director will ask about this line is on the page, before the first order. This is a supplement line, and the compliance posture that comes with it is different from the compounded lane: no prescription and no pharmacy routing, under Supplement Facts labeling and DSHEA rules.

What it is

A retail-shelf supplement line

  • A dietary supplement in an oral dissolving film, labeled under the Supplement Facts format.
  • Sold wholesale to your practice and retailed to your patients under the manufacturer's label.
  • Pre-dosed and sealed per strip, so there is no measuring, mixing or in-use expiry.
  • Documented per lot: a Certificate of Analysis identifying the lot ships with the pricing packet.
  • Shelf-stable, which means it can be posted to a patient or handed over at the front desk.
Where the boundaries sit

What this line is, and is not, as a category

  • Not FDA-approved. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Not a compounded medication, and not a replacement for one. It does not go through a 503(A) or 503(B) pharmacy.
  • Not a substitute for a prescriber relationship where a protocol calls for a prescription drug.
  • Not marketed to patients by us. This page, like the rest of this site, is written for licensed providers and practice owners.
  • Sold on the dose per strip: every formula is pre-dosed and the Supplement Facts panel and lot Certificate of Analysis ship with the pricing packet.

An oral thin film, not a pill

The strip is a dissolving film built on a pullulan base: the same edible polymer used in breath strips and in a number of approved oral-film medicines. Carrying the peptide along with cyclodextrin, vegetable glycerin, natural flavor and a plant-based color. It is placed in the mouth, not swallowed whole, and it is gone in seconds.

Open one sealed sachet

Step one

Every strip is packed individually in foil. Nothing is exposed to air, humidity or heat until the moment of use, which is why the box lives at room temperature.

Place it on the tongue or in the cheek

Step two

The label directs the user to place one strip on the tongue, let it dissolve fully, then swallow. It is never chewed. The manufacturer suggests holding off on food and drink for about five to ten minutes.

The film dissolves in saliva

Step three

The pullulan base breaks down in seconds and releases the peptide into the mouth, where the buccal and sublingual tissues sit directly against a dense capillary bed.

Repeat on a cycle

Step four

Most formulas run five days on, two days off, in cycles of four to twelve weeks. PT-141+ is the exception: used as needed, roughly 30 to 45 minutes ahead.

Twelve formulas, each pre-dosed per strip

The line is organised the way a patient asks for it: recovery, beauty, energy, immunity, strength, detox, sleep, focus, metabolism and intimacy. Each leaf below carries the manufacturer's own product copy and label claims verbatim, because that is what your patient will read on the carton and what your front desk will be asked to speak to. Doses, counts and flavors are taken from the Supplement Facts panel; directions are the manufacturer's stated cycle.

Sleep: DSIP + GABA + 5-HTP

Sleep + Nervous System Downshift | Support the sequence of a good night
Sleep DSIP, GABA and 5-HTP oral dissolving strip carton, 30 count

A three-pathway sleep-support formula: DSIP for sleep architecture, GABA for calm, and 5-HTP for the body’s serotonin-to-melatonin pathway. Designed to support the conditions for sleep, not to sedate.

Only one of the three is a peptide. DSIP (delta sleep-inducing peptide) is studied for its relationship to sleep architecture and nighttime rhythm. GABA is the body’s primary inhibitory neurotransmitter (the calm/brake side). 5-HTP is an amino-acid precursor in the tryptophan-to-serotonin-to-melatonin pathway.

GABA supports calm; 5-HTP supports the serotonin-to-melatonin sleep chemistry; DSIP supports sleep architecture. Together they support relaxation, the nighttime downshift, sleep-onset and sleep-quality pathways, and restorative sleep, rather than forcing sleep.

Label claims*

  • Relaxation and nighttime nervous-system downshift
  • Sleep-onset and sleep-quality pathways
  • The natural serotonin-to-melatonin pathway

Boost: MOTS-c

Cellular Energy & Output | Performance & Metabolic Adaptation
Boost MOTS-c oral dissolving strip carton, 20 count

MOTS-c supports mitochondrial communication, cellular energy pathways, metabolic flexibility, and the body’s ability to adapt under stress: the healthy-aging conversation at the level of the cell.

A 16-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide: its signal originates in mitochondrial DNA, not nuclear DNA. Best understood not as a stimulant but as a communication molecule: part of how cells signal about energy demand, stress, and recovery.

Studied in connection with AMPK, a master metabolic regulator, and the cell’s decision-making about fuel use under energetic strain. MOTS-c supports metabolic flexibility (the ability to switch fuel sources) rather than forcing a single fat-burning switch.

Neuro: Semax + Selank

Focus + Calm Neuropeptides
Neuro Semax and Selank oral dissolving strip carton, 20 count

Selank and Semax are neuropeptides: the calm-focus pair. Together they support mental clarity, a calmer stress response, learning and recall, and cognitive stamina.

Two synthetic neuropeptides: Selank (related to tuftsin) is the calm side; Semax (related to a fragment of ACTH) is the focus side. This is not a stimulant. Think support for a clearer signal: alert enough to perform, regulated enough to stay steady.

Label claims*

Ultratrutide

Metabolic Balance + Signaling | Smarter, not just stronger
Ultratrutide oral dissolving strip carton, 30 count

Ultratrutide is InstaMed®’s metabolic-signaling peptide: support for appetite, satiety, cravings, energy balance, body composition, and staying consistent through a metabolic program.

A multi-signal metabolic peptide working through pathways connected to GLP-1, GIP, glucagon, and a ghrelin-receptor component. Designed to coordinate several metabolic levers rather than pull one harder. Not a replacement for nutrition, movement, protein, or sleep.

GLP-1 is tied to appetite, satiety, and blood-sugar support; GIP to how the body responds to food and nutrients; glucagon to fuel use and energy balance; the ghrelin-receptor component intersects gastric rhythm, recovery signaling, and lean-mass considerations.

Label claims*

  • Appetite and satiety signaling
  • Craving and food-intake regulation
  • Metabolic and body-composition pathways
  • Energy-balance signaling
  • Consistency during a metabolic program (support, not a shortcut)

Shared base across most of the line: pullulan film, β-cyclodextrin, stevia, vegetable glycerin, xanthan and arabic gum, citric acid, sunflower lecithin, with a natural flavor and, on all but the Ultratrutide panel, a plant-derived color. The Ultratrutide panel lists neither a colour nor lecithin outside its InstaRelease entry. Flavors differ by formula: strawberry, tropical, citrus, orange, lemon, mint, watermelon, coconut, cocoa and berry. Strip, injection, or capsule: what actually differs

Three formats, three different regulatory categories and three different operational burdens. This is the table to put in front of a partner or a medical director who asks why you are adding a fourth thing to the shelf.

Each format earns its place on a different part of the menu. Injectable compounded peptides remain the right answer for a large share of protocols, and we will keep sourcing them for you through vetted 503(A) and 503(B) relationships with prescriber coverage in all 50 states. The point of the table is that the strip opens a lane you do not have today, and adding it leaves your existing pharmacy and prescriber arrangements exactly as they are.

The scienceAnd what it is built for

What buccal delivery does

Your medical director will ask how the route works. Here is the tissue, the published record on the format, and the molecular weight of every active in the line.

the format is real. the molecule you put in it is the choice we help you make.

How we talk about absorption. The manufacturer calls this delivery route InstaRelease® and describes it as mouth-to-body transfer across the buccal membranes. What is published for every formula is the dose per strip, the Supplement Facts panel and the lot Certificate of Analysis. The section below sets out the published record behind the route.

Every row states its source and what that source says.
SourceWhat it says
The route is genuineThe lining under the tongue and inside the cheek is non-keratinized, thin (roughly 0.5–0.8 mm), and densely vascularized, with a total oromucosal area around 50 cm². It drains into the jugular vein rather than the portal vein — so what is absorbed there reaches circulation without first passing through the liver, and without meeting stomach acid or pancreatic proteases on the way.
It is measurably more permeable than skinBuccal mucosa has been characterised as roughly 4 to 4,000 times more permeable than skin depending on the molecule (Galey et al., J Invest Dermatol, 1976) — the canonical figure behind every transmucosal product on the market.
The format itself is proven medicineOral and buccal films are an established dosage form with a real FDA record: ondansetron (Zuplenz, 2010), buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone film, 2010), buprenorphine (Belbuca, 2015), clobazam (Sympazan, 2018), dexmedetomidine (Igalmi, 2022) and diazepam (Libervant, 2024). Every one of them is a small molecule — which is the point of the next row. Every product in that list is a small molecule approved on its own dossier.
Molecular size is the governing variablePassive permeation across oral mucosa falls off sharply with molecular weight. Reported sublingual cutoffs sit near 1,675 Da, with a functional tight-junction threshold closer to 1,000 Da; peptides above roughly 3,000 Da show under 5% systemic absorption even when permeation enhancers are used (see the 2025 review of oromucosal films for peptide delivery, Drug Deliv Transl Res).
A film also has a payload ceilingA strip is a physical object roughly the size of a postage stamp. Published work on orodispersible films puts practical drug loading at about 1–30 mg per film, with disintegration in about 5–30 seconds (Bala et al., Int J Pharm Investig, 2013). That constrains what any strip can carry, from any manufacturer.
One of these actives has human dataIn a randomized crossover trial in adults with metabolic syndrome (n = 20), sublingual glutathione outperformed both swallowed glutathione and NAC on the plasma GSH/GSSG redox ratio (56.97 ± 16.22 vs 44.76 ± 14.23, p = 0.02) and was the only arm to raise plasma vitamin E (p = 0.04). Read this table alongside the cutoffs above: the small actives at the top of the list sit comfortably inside the range where oromucosal permeation is well documented, which is where the glutathione, KPV, GHK-Cu and GABA formulas sit. We publish the table because no one else in this category does, and because a provider deciding what to put on a shelf deserves the number rather than an adjective. For context on the route generally: oral semaglutide, engineered with a dedicated absorption enhancer and approved by the FDA, is 0.4 to 1% bioavailable per its own label.

Provider pricing sits behind a free account: nothing in this category is published openly. Create your account here, or tell us which formulas match the services you already run and we will send wholesale tiers, the Supplement Facts panels and the current lot Certificate of Analysis in one packet.
Pick the opening set
Most practices open with three or four formulas rather than all twelve: typically the ones that pair with treatments already on the menu, plus one energy or beauty formula for the front desk.
Train the front desk, not the clinical team
There is no protocol to teach and no reconstitution to supervise. The conversation is a retail one: what it is, how to take it, what cycle it runs on.
Reorder against what actually moves
Boxes are small and shelf-stable, so you are not committing capital to a freezer full of inventory. Reorder the two that sell and drop the one that does not. No minimum volume commitment
One thing to raise with your medical director
Ingredient-level regulatory status differs by molecule across this category. FDA maintains bulk-substance lists for compounding and has issued warning letters across the peptide supplement market, and the agency’s posture toward individual peptide ingredients continues to change. That is a per-ingredient question rather than a per-format one: tell us the specific SKUs you intend to stock and we confirm the current status of each formula in writing before an order ships, so you stock what you can sell with confidence.
Who it is sold to
This is a business-to-business page. The line is sold wholesale to licensed medical providers and the practices they operate, and retailed by them under the manufacturer’s label. Nothing here is directed at patients.

On the shelf

The seven August oral dissolving peptide cartons merchandised on clinic retail shelving

The seven formulas that shipped in August 2026, shown at scale on ordinary clinic shelving: a carton is about 95 mm tall. Two bays hold them with room to spare, at room temperature, with no freezer and no sharps bin, and the five September formulas add one more.

What providers ask before the first order

What are oral dissolving peptides?

An oral dissolving peptide is a peptide carried in a thin, edible film: an oral dissolving strip. That you place on the tongue or inside the cheek and let dissolve. The film is built on a pullulan base with cyclodextrin, glycerin and flavor; it breaks down in saliva in seconds, releasing the peptide into the mouth. It is a delivery format, not a different molecule: the same BPC-157 or GHK-Cu you know from other formats, in a strip instead of a vial.

Do oral dissolving peptide strips require a prescription?

No. These strips are labeled and sold as dietary supplements, not as compounded drugs, so they do not require a prescription and do not have to route through a 503(A) or 503(B) compounding pharmacy. That is the practical difference from the injectable peptide lane: a clinic can stock them on a retail shelf and dispense them the same day, without a prescriber order for each patient.

How are oral peptide strips different from peptide injections?

Three differences matter to a clinic. Regulatory: the strips are dietary supplements, while compounded injectable peptides are prescription drugs requiring a prescriber and a licensed pharmacy. Handling: strips are individually sealed, shelf-stable and need no refrigeration, no reconstitution, no syringes and no sharps disposal. Patient experience: there is no needle, so the strips reach the substantial share of patients who decline injections outright. They complement an injectable program rather than replacing it.

Do sublingual and buccal peptides actually get absorbed?

It depends on the molecule. The tissue under the tongue and inside the cheek is thin, non-keratinized and densely vascularized, and what crosses it enters circulation without passing through the liver first. Permeation tracks molecular size: reported sublingual cutoffs sit near 1,675 Da with a functional threshold nearer 1,000 Da, and peptides above roughly 3,000 Da show under 5% systemic absorption even with permeation enhancers. A small active like glutathione (307 Da) is a well-supported candidate for this route, and we publish the molecular weight and the dose per strip for every active in the line so your clinical lead can match formula to format.

How do oral peptide strips compare with injections?

They are a different lane. A subcutaneous injection delivers essentially the full dose to circulation; every oral or oromucosal route delivers some fraction of it: oral semaglutide, formulated with a dedicated absorption enhancer and FDA-approved, is 0.4 to 1% bioavailable per its own label. The case for a strip is that it reaches patients who will never accept an injection, requires no prescription or pharmacy routing, and needs no cold chain, so it sells to the part of your list the injectable program never converts.

Can a clinic sell these without a medical director?

Retailing a dietary supplement is generally not itself the practice of medicine, which is the practical reason this line is easier to add than a compounded injectable program. That is not the same as saying your practice needs no medical oversight: scope-of-practice, corporate-practice-of-medicine, and state retail and licensing rules still govern how your clinic operates, and a recommendation made to a specific patient by a clinician is a clinical act regardless of what is being recommended. Treat this as a retail addition reviewed by whoever already advises your practice, not as a way around oversight. Our state compliance map covers the underlying rules state by state.

How much peptide is in each strip?

Each formula is pre-dosed per strip: BPC-157 500 mcg; GHK-Cu 3 mg; thymosin alpha-1 500 mcg; CJC-1295 250 mcg with ipamorelin 250 mcg; NAD+ 100 mg; glutathione 80 mg with N-acetyl cysteine 20 mg; and PT-141 1 mg with oxytocin 25 mcg and aminophenylpyrrole 20 mg. The five formulas added in September 2026: Sleep carries DSIP 200 mcg with GABA 20 mg and 5-HTP 10 mg (30 strips); Boost carries MOTS-c 1 mg (20 strips); KLOW carries BPC-157 500 mcg, TB-500 300 mcg, GHK-Cu 3 mg and KPV 500 mcg (20 strips); Neuro carries N-acetyl Semax 500 mcg with N-acetyl Selank 500 mcg (20 strips); Ultratrutide carries 2 mg per strip (30 strips). Boxes hold 30 strips (NAD+, glutathione), 20 strips (BPC-157, GHK-Cu, thymosin alpha-1, CJC-1295/ipamorelin) or 10 strips (PT-141+).

How does a patient use an oral dissolving strip?

One strip is placed on the tongue or inside the cheek and allowed to dissolve fully: it is not chewed. The label directs the user to let it dissolve and then swallow, and the manufacturer suggests avoiding food and drink for about five to ten minutes afterward. Most formulas are used on a five-days-on, two-days-off pattern in cycles of four to twelve weeks; PT-141+ is used as needed, roughly 30 to 45 minutes ahead.

Do the strips need refrigeration or special storage?

No. Each strip is individually sealed in its own foil sachet and stored at room temperature, so there is no cold chain, no reconstitution and no short in-use window after opening. For a clinic that means the product can sit on a retail shelf, travel in a patient's bag, and ship without cold packs.

Are these FDA-approved?

No. They are dietary supplements. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Dietary supplements are not FDA-approved before they are sold; the manufacturer is responsible for the safety and labeling of the product. Each formula ships with a Certificate of Analysis identifying its lot.

Can my clinic private-label or retail these strips?

Clinics buy wholesale and retail the line under the manufacturer's label; ask about custom labeling on the call, because availability depends on volume. Wholesale pricing is quoted provider-to-provider and is not published on this site: licensed providers can register for a provider account to see it. Nothing on this page is directed at patients.
