Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Eventide Aesthetics & Wellness ("Eventide," "we," "us") provides business-to-business services to licensed medical providers and their practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit eventideaw.com or communicate with us. This website is intended for licensed medical professionals and practice owners, aged 18 or older. It is not directed to patients or consumers.

Information we collect

We do not collect patient health information through this website. Any protected health information exchanged in the course of services with partner platforms is governed by those platforms' HIPAA-compliant systems and applicable agreements — not by this site.

How we use information

Text messaging (SMS)

Where you have provided consent, we may send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (such as promotions, new product and device announcements, educational updates, scheduling, and follow-ups). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We never sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Calls, AI assistants & call recording

Eventide answers and places business calls on 813-544-7131 using an AI voice assistant ("Bella") alongside our team. Calls to and from Eventide may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and training purposes. Where a call is recorded, notice is given at the start of the call. Florida is an all-party consent state, and continuing the call after that notice indicates your consent to the recording; if you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us and we will transfer you to a person or continue without recording.

Recordings and transcripts are used to improve service quality, train our team and our assistant, and keep an accurate record of what was discussed and agreed. They are retained under the same retention practice as other business records described below, are not sold, and are not shared with advertisers. Where you have submitted a form requesting contact, your consent to be contacted by phone — including by an automated system or AI voice assistant — is separate from, and in addition to, this recording notice.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies & advertising

As of 8 August 2026, no advertising pixel is active on this website and nothing on this site is being shared with Meta. The Meta Pixel loader ships with this site but is switched off: it carries no dataset ID, so it never loads Meta's script, sets no advertising cookie and sends no data. We are telling you this because the paragraph below described active collection before the pixel was ever turned on, and a privacy policy that over-discloses is as inaccurate as one that under-discloses.

If and when we activate it, the following will apply, and we will update the date at the top of this page when we do. The Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, Inc.) uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit — such as the pages you view, actions you take (for example, booking a call), and standard device identifiers — and shares it with Meta so we can measure the performance of our advertising and reach professional audiences on Facebook and Instagram, including people who have previously visited this site. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy. This may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws.

Your choices: you can opt out of interest-based advertising through Meta’s ad preferences, industry tools such as aboutads.info, browser settings or extensions that block third-party cookies and trackers, or by contacting us at the address below. We do not use advertising cookies to collect health information, and this site remains directed to licensed professionals — not patients.

Data retention & security

We retain business contact information for as long as needed to serve the relationship or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at justin@eventideaw.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia) may exercise applicable rights through the same contact.
